Mulch is the fastest visible improvement on a property and the easiest to do carelessly. The difference between a bed that looks installed and one that looks maintained is the edge, the depth, and the prep underneath.
What is included
Depth matters. Too thin and weeds come through in six weeks. Too thick against a trunk and you rot the plant you paid for. We install to spec and cut the edge by hand.
- Bed preparation: weed removal, soil conditioning, root pruning at edges
- Hand-cut trench edges that hold their line through the season
- Mulch, pine straw, or decorative stone installed to correct depth
- Planting: shrubs, ornamentals, palms, and seasonal color
- Sod installation and repair in bare or damaged zones
- Pre-emergent applied at install to slow weed return
